RETURNS

YOU HAVE FULL RETURN AND EXCHANGE RIGHTS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT AND THAT IT IS RETURNED UNDAMAGED AND TOGETHER WITH PLASTIC BAGS, HANGTAGS, BOX ETC.

Clothing may be tested, but not used. Return and exchange law does not apply to underwear. All labels must remain on the goods. All merchandise being returned must be packed in bag or box .


In order to approve the return, the returned item must be substantially unused. The item should be properly sealed, preferably in their original packaging with the associated inner packaging and along with any accessories. 

Transport damage due to faulty packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on the packaging but add the original box in another box.


We prefer that you provide reason for the return, and return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) this speeds up the handling with your return. 

You must pay for return postage.

Save your deposit slip - be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping !

Slazenger AB takes no responsibility for damage in transit due to poor packaging on return .

To change the size of an item, you must make a new order on www.slazengerpadel.com. When replacing, return or claim, we go by the Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce. 

Want to upgrade to a new product, different size , color etc then send back the item you want to return and add a new order for the desired garment. As soon as we have the item you are returning again in the shop we will cancel the order, for the money back if you paid by card, or the funds back to your account if you chose direct debit.

 

Refunds

We process returns within 5-10 working days of receiving them, unless we need more information from you. During holidays, sale and new releases your return may be affected. The second we have handled your return, we will refund you by the same method you used to pay. Your refund will show on your bank account within 5 working days. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days, please contact your bank for more information. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­ refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
